Mass overall went pretty well last week. Huge thanks once again to Chip for covering guitar and to everyone else who was able to be there.
Ginny, Maggie and I briefly stuck around after mass to review Mass of Creation, but otherwise, didn't practice. I'm looking forward to returning to semi-normalcy this week :-)
Just a reminder that we're switching back to Mass of Creation this week. It's been a while since we've done this, so please look it over before Saturday -- I've uploaded fresh scans of the sheet music below. I'm not sure which Eucharistic Acclamation we'll be using, but will let you know if I find out before the weekend.

UPDATE (6/11): we'll use 'We Proclaim Your Death' as our Eucharistic Acclamation. I've added new links to audio and sheet music. I don't believe we've used this one before (or if we have, it was only once or twice), so please make sure to review it before Saturday.

'Seed, Scattered and Sown' may be a new piece for some of you. The main reason I selected it is because the song fits the readings really well. I have it down for Communion this week, but we'll go back to using 'Look Beyond' next week.
As usual, we'll need four soloists for our Closing song, 'Bring Forth the Kingdom'.

UPDATE (6/9): Ginny volunteered to sing the first verse on 'Bring Forth the Kingdom'.

Finally, let's plan to meet after mass to discuss our current situation. I'll bring a bite to eat and then we can talk after that. If you haven't already, please let me know if you're able to stick around so I have some idea of how much food to make. I also wouldn't mind getting in some practice time if it isn't too late and you guys are up for it.
Maggie is out this week.
