There was a wedding wrapping up when I arrived to setup around 4 PM. The wedding party was shooting pictures in the Church until close to 5 PM, which ended up working out OK since it took a while for the guitars to get organized.
The music for July is still pending approval. I sent the songs to the Office last Wednesday, but Father Charlie is out most of this week at a conference, so I'm not sure when I'll get the final word on that. Stay tuned for an update, but as it stands now, let's assume we'll be using the music below.

As far as coverage goes, it looks like there are at least a handful of people available on Saturday. We have a few singers, Jim (and possibly Tom) on guitar and Chip on bass. The only caveat is there won't be any melodic instruments.
Our Gathering song is a bit of an old-school piece. We've only done it once before, so if you're not familiar with it, please look it over. I'd recommend an intro from 'I found in him a resting place...', rather than going straight in like we did last time.
'Seed, Scattered and Sown' is a song we tested out earlier this month and it seemed to be well-liked. I have it down as our common Communion song for July.

UPDATE (7/4): due to the rain, my family has canceled our plans to attend the holiday festivities on campus. I'm now planning to be at mass this evening.
